The FL C.A.R.E. Project (Collect, Assess, Register, Educate) is a public health awareness initiative operated by CFL Water Treatment in DeLand, Florida. Our mission is to build Florida's first independent household water quality registry and educate Florida families about water quality issues.

We are not affiliated with any federal, state, or local government agency.

2. Registration & Services

The in-home water assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any product or service.

Water assessment results provided during in-home visits are for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for certified laboratory water testing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the FL C.A.R.E. Project and CFL Water Treatment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, registration, or services.
